This does well made into cup a soup (I add a pinch of celtic salt (also available here!)), a tablespoon added over a cooked bolognaise or stir fry and just stired through before serving, added to a rice for a very hearty and nourishing meal etc.

Just good to keep in the pantry for when someone is poorly and you need to make a batch of something healing.
